The revised schedule of the trains should be announced before Advance Reservation Period begins so that passengers can plan their journey.
As per railways they project they are efficient and make a quick turnaround.
The delay means they were not able to incorporate what they intended in the stipulated time.
If they make major revision in TT all over India the wait is OK. It should not be dampener like it happened last year.
