India-Chinese consortium is already conducting a feasibility study for Delhi-NGP-Chennai high speed route which will incorporate major part of NGP-SC route!
Although a large number of studies are being conducted, but more emphasis is required on taking decision on the study reports already received, finalise the plans, tie up funds and starting the construction/ upgradation work.
