So some of the trains to deep Southern states shall be operated in diverted route which are risk free and travel in safety with adequate speed during monsoon periods.
AFAIK, unless there is disruption or line blockage, no train is diverted. In a better be safe than sorry scenario, train speed will be reduced to 40 in case of heavy rainfall and low visibility. Still it will be the fastest route to deep south.
