Ecr nhi dhn aur gaya ke Mp nikame h..railway board pr dabav nhi bana pate h ya to chunav jitane ke bad janta ko bhool jate h...agar railway board chahega to ecr kuch nhi kar sakta ..so do not blame ecr...
We blame ECR because they have never initiated to start a new train in grand chord section.
