The Store Keeper incharge should be well Educated and aware about ES&H Regulations who should check the Material receiving with Production dates, Expiry dates and also if any Chemical issued for works so such material should be with MSDS-Material Safety data sheet. A Proper Documentation should be done regarding all this things.
