Additionally, the fog in Uttar Pradesh has led to the cancellation and reduced frequency of trains for three months, causing inconvenience to passengers. The Kashi Vishwanath Express, running daily between New Delhi and Varanasi, will now operate on alternate days for three months, leading to overcrowding on other trains. The Padmavat Express, running from Pratapgarh to New Delhi, is providing an alternative for Kashi Vishwanath Express passengers. The Janata Express running between Varanasi and Dehradun has also seen reduced frequency, while the Haridwar Prayagraj Express has been completely stopped.
