An initial investigation revealed that the three employees were responsible for the delays, lack of coordination, and negligence. Consequently, the station superintendent of Bihta and the other two employees were suspended. Danapur Division's public relations officer, Prithviraj, confirmed the suspension, stating it was due to negligence in train operations and further action will be taken after the investigation report is finalized.
