condition ko improve karne ke liye hai, khass kar peak seasons mein jab overcrowding ke wajah se facilities insufficient ho jaati hain, safai kharab hoti hai, aur trains late ho jaati hain. Officers ko basic amenities jaise water, cleanliness, ticket booking, and staff presence ka dhyan rakhna hoga, aur kisi bhi kam mein koi kami hai to dusre departments se coordinate karke use sahi karna hoga.
