This plan differs from the earlier proposal where the UP government was to contribute 50%, the central government 20%, and the remaining 30% was to be shared by GDA, the Housing Board, and the Municipal Corporation. The extension will provide a multi-modal transit option for commuters in the NCR, connecting with the RRTS at both Sahibabad and Anand Vihar. The GDA is confident in securing a loan for the project based on its past repayment track record and the project's location within its jurisdiction.

GDA ko loan milne ki umeed hai, kyunki pehle bhi loan repayments mein unka track record accha raha hai aur project ka area unke jurisdiction mein aata hai.
