solve bhi kar diya. Complaints mein saamaan chori hone se lekar, sharaabiyon ke hangama aur badtameezana vyavhaar se pareshaan hone tak ki baat thi. GRP aur RPF personnel ke honay ke baavajood, bahut saare passengers Jhansi Division se guzarne wali trains mein apne aap ko safe mahsus nahin karte. Itni saari complaints aane se pata chalta hai ki trains mein security arrangements bohot weak hain.
