more... Bharat from Ayodhya. Passengers travelling from Ayodhya to Kanpur can reach Bithoor using the MEMU service. A similar schedule is in place for the return journey from Delhi to Ayodhya, allowing passengers arriving from Bithoor via MEMU to travel to Ayodhya via the Vande Bharat Express. This initiative will connect religious sites like Sita Rasoi, Valmiki Ashram, Swarg Naseni, and Brahmavart Khunti in Bithoor to Ayodhya. This marks the first direct connection between Bithoor and Ayodhya in approximately 22 years. Earlier, a three-coach train operating between Kanpur and Bithoor was discontinued in 2001. Though it was briefly re-introduced in 2022, the lack of connectivity with the Intercity running between Anwarganj and Faizabad hindered the connection between Bithoor and Ayodhya. Now, with the introduction of the MEMU from Kanpur on December 28th and the Vande Bharat on Saturday, this connection is restored. There is a belief that Sita Maiya resided in the Valmiki Ashram for several years. The Railway has introduced four MEMU trains between Kanpur and Bithoor, with departure times from Kanpur at 9:10 AM and 2:30 PM. Similarly, the MEMU will depart from Bithoor at 10:45 AM and 5:05 PM. The Vande Bharat Express's arrival and departure schedule from Kanpur will align with the MEMU timings. The train is scheduled to reach Kanpur at 1:30 PM from Ayodhya and arrive from Delhi around 1 PM.

Lagbhag 22 saal baad Bithoor ki Sita Rasoi ka Ayodhya se seedha jodaw hua hai. Isse pehle saal 2001 mein Kanpur se Bithoor ke liye chalne wali teen dibba train band kar di gayi thi. Halanki beech mein saal 2022 mein ise chalaya gaya tha, par tab Anwarganj se Faizabad tak jaane wali Intercity band chal rahi thi. Is wajah se Bithoor se Ayodhya ki connectivity nahin thi. Ab ek taraf 28 December ko Kanpur se MEMU chalai gayi to Shanivar ko Vande Bharat bhi chal jayegi. Manayta hai ki Valmiki Ashram mein Sita Maiya ne kai saalon tak pravas kiya tha. Railway ne Kanpur se Bithoor ke liye chaar MEMU train chalaai hain. Yeh train Kanpur se Bithoor ke liye subah 9:10 baje to dopahar baad 2:30 baje chalengi. Issi tarah Bithoor se MEMU 10:45 aur 5:05 baje chalengi. Vande Bharat Express ka Kanpur aane-jane ka schedule MEMU ke hisaab se hoga. Ayodhya se Kanpur 1:30 baje pahunchne aur wapsi Delhi se Kanpur lag bhag 1 baje pahunchne ka prastav hai.
