Eastern Railway has issued a notification regarding this change. Track doubling work will be carried out near Ayodhya. This work will be conducted from January 8th to January 13th on the Barabanki-Ayodhya Cantt-Akbarpur-Jafrabad section. Due to this, the routes of several trains operating on this route have been changed, and some trains have been cancelled. The Tata-Jalianwala Bagh Express, which operates twice a week from Tatanagar, will also follow an alternative route. The train number 18103, departing from Tatanagar on January 8th and January 10th, will go to Amritsar via Jafrabad, Sultanpur, and Lucknow, instead of Ayodhya.
