She stressed the importance of maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency on the West Central Railway, which she considers the 'heart of India' due to its central role in the national rail network. Sinha also reiterated that the current concessions for senior citizens are sufficient and that the railway is no longer operating at a loss, thanks to the recovering passenger volume after the pandemic. She expressed hope for an increased budget allocation for the Indian Railways in the upcoming budget.

Unhone West Central Railway mein safety aur efficiency ko maintain karne ki jarurat pe zor diya, jisko woh 'India ka dil' maanti hain kyunki yeh national rail network mein ek important role nibhata hai. Sinha ne yeh bhi kaha ki senior citizens ke liye existing concessions kaafi hain aur railway ab loss mein nahi chal raha hai, pandemic ke baad passenger volume badh gaya hai.
