Poonamallee Bypass with 30 stations. Shellinfo previously secured a contract for the AFC's back-office integration work. The tender process, initiated by Chennai Metro Rail Ltd (CMRL) in February 2023, saw five bidders initially, with RAF-CS India – Revenue Collection System France JV being disqualified. Shellinfo emerged as the lowest bidder after the financial bids were opened in October 2023, beating Aurionpro Solutions, MSI Global, and Nippon Signal. This contract marks Shellinfo's third in India, following their involvement in Hyderabad Metro's Phase 1. With this contract, all system contracts for Chennai Metro Line-4 have been allocated, including rolling stock (Alstom), electrification (Siemens), and telecom (Larsen & Toubro).
