In a previous hearing, PC Jewellers informed NCLT that they would settle a significant portion of their debt with different banks within the next three years, including repaying 2,200 crore rupees with an 8.5% interest rate. PC Jewellers, a listed company, also stated that they are doubling the advance amount to expedite the loan repayment process. Previously, in November 2023, SBI had seized two of PC Jewellers' residential properties to recover its dues. PC Jewellers, founded by PC Gupta, Amar Chand Garg, and Balram Garg, is a prominent jewelry brand in India, offering gold, silver, gems, and diamond jewelry.

PC Jewellers, ek listed company, ne yeh bhi bataya hai ki woh loan repayment process ko jaldi karne ke liye advance amount ko double kar rahe hain. Pichhle November 2023 mein, SBI ne apne baki ki recovery ke liye PC Jewellers ki do residential properties ko seize kar liya tha.
