Alina Saldanha highlighted the potential for coal pollution in North Goa and called for the coal to be unloaded at a Karnataka port instead of Mormugao. The residents, who claim to have all the documents for the land, are concerned about the coal dust and the impact of the rail line on their homes and environment.
