Train mein jaane par unhe sirf chadar mili, takia nahi. Pillow ke liye request karne aur kharab toilet ki shikayat karne par bhi staff ne unhe ignore kiya. Court ne railway ko 10,000 rupees damages aur 10,000 rupees legal fees dene ka order diya hai.
