However, the trains that were stopped during the COVID-19 pandemic have not been restarted, causing difficulties for poor tribal people in reaching their destinations. The memorandum demanded the stoppage of the Jharkhand Swarn Jayanti Express at Duddhi station, the resumption of the Barwadiya-Chunar passenger train, the stoppage of the Bhopal-Howrah train at Duddhi station, the extension of the Ranchi-Chopan train to Ayodhya and Lucknow Junction, and the introduction of new trains in place of the Triveni Link Express which was stopped during the pandemic.
