the authorities discovered that pantry car staff were selling food cooked on the train, confiscating 10-kilograms of potatoes intended for this purpose. The railway authorities also seized over 100 cartons of non-Rail Neer water from the IRCTC office, which will be donated to an NGO. The inspections aimed to ensure the availability of Rail Neer and other food items, check hygiene, and verify the medical certificates and identity cards of staff. The railway administration warned the pantry car staff to maintain hygiene and refrain from selling other brands of water.
