Experts ka maanana hai ki western suburbs mein kaafi development hone wala hai kyunki access aasan ho jaayega aur housing ki demand badhegi. Iske saath hi, Chennai ke real estate market mein bhi badlaav aa raha hai jismein three-tier guideline value system ko hatakar road width ke basis par ek nayi system ko lagaaya ja raha hai. Mumbai mein, city ki parking ki kami ko door karne ke liye stacked ya tower parking ko solution ke roop mein dekha ja raha hai.
