raat mein apne food mein ek dead cockroach dekha aur staff se complaint ki. Staff ne unse khaana fenkne ko kaha aur dusra khana dene ka bola. Jabalpur pahunchne pe, passenger ne IRCTC aur Jabalpur Railway Division dono se complaint ki. Railway authorities ne catering contractor pe ₹45,000 ka fine laga diya, jismein Jabalpur Railway Division ne ₹25,000 aur IRCTC ne ₹20,000 ka fine lagaaya. Lekin, contract cancel nahi kiya gaya. Itarsi ki Express Food company, jo ki is train mein food supply karti hai, usse yeh responsibility di gayi thi.
