Passengers complain about the lack of information regarding cancellations, even for temporary maintenance work, which leads to wasted time and travel disruption. They demand better communication and advance notice of changes to the schedule. The SR claims that announcements are made in stations and through media regarding maintenance work, but commuters dispute this claim. The SR maintains that the maintenance work is for the safety of passengers.

SR ne third rail lane launch ke baad services badhane ka promise kiya tha, par woh abhi tak nahin hua hai. Passengers bol rahe hain ki unhe cancellations ke baare mein koi information nahin diya ja raha hai, chahe woh temporary maintenance ke liye ho. Isse unka time aur journey kharab ho raha hai. Unki demand hai ki schedule change ke baare mein pehle se information diya jaaye. SR ka kehna hai ki woh maintenance work ke baare mein stations par aur media mein announcement karte hain, lekin passengers isse agree nahin hain. SR ka claim hai ki yeh sab passengers ki safety ke liye kiya ja raha hai.
