This marks PM Modi's second such event in Chhattisgarh within four days, following the inauguration of a new IIT campus in Bhilai on February 20th. The 10.4 km long Bilaspur-Uslapur rail flyover, constructed at a cost of 303 crore INR, has been cleared for train operations after safety inspections. The 50 MW solar plant in Bhilai, built at a cost of 280 crore INR, is expected to reduce carbon emissions by 86,000 tonnes annually and contribute to clean energy development.

Ye PM Modi ka Chhattisgarh mein chaar din mein doosra aisa program hai. 20 February ko Bhilai mein new IIT campus ka inauguration bhi unhone kiya tha. Bilaspur-Uslapur ke beech 10.4 km lamba rail flyover, 303 crore INR ki cost se bana hai, aur safety inspections ke baad train operations ke liye clear ho gaya hai. Bhilai mein 280 crore INR ke 50 MW solar plant se saal mein 86,000 tonnes carbon emissions kam honge aur clean energy ke development mein contribution hoga.
