total cost of the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS project is Rs 18,160.81 crore, representing 59.9% of the total allocated funds. The RRTS is a 82.15km network connecting Delhi's Sarai Kale Khan with Ghaziabad and Meerut, featuring semi-high-speed trains capable of reaching 180 km/h.
