Kasganj, and to reach Mathura from Kasganj, passengers have to change trains. There has been a long-standing demand for a direct train service between Bareilly and Tundla. The Public Relations Officer, Rajendra Singh, confirmed that the construction of the Firozabad-Kasganj rail line has been approved and work will begin soon. The Upasana Superfast train arrived 13 hours late on Sunday, causing inconvenience to passengers. The train, which originates in Dehradun and travels to Howrah, was delayed due to unspecified reasons.
