(IRSTM) General Secretary, Alok Chandra Prakash, sent a letter to the Prime Minister, Railway Minister, and Railway Board, outlining the grievances of the employees. They demanded night duty rosters and the creation of night failure rectification teams to alleviate work stress and the burden of unscheduled night duties. The protest was held at Bokaro Steel City station and was attended by numerous employees.
