more... other railway officials. A budget of 22 lakh rupees was approved for developing the necessary infrastructure at the halt. While trains are stopping at the halt, and a platform has been constructed for passenger disembarkation, concerns have been raised regarding the quality of the platform and drainage construction. The Jharkhand Dham Halt Construction Struggle Committee's leaders, Govind Mandal and Pansas Munsi Verma, have stated that they will not tolerate compromise on the quality of work. They have alleged that the concrete used in the platform construction was tampered with in terms of the desired mix. Dularchand Rai, Subhash Saw, Naveen Chandra Dwivedi, and Rajkumar Ram have further alleged that the amount of cement used was insufficient and the quality of gravel and boulders used is subpar. Shankar Kumar Mandal, Naveenchandra Dwivedi, Subhash Mandal, Mandeep, and Ravi Mandal have all stressed that the quality of infrastructure development at the newly acquired halt will not be compromised. The development project was funded by 16 lakh rupees from the railways and 6 lakh rupees contributed by MP Annpurna Devi from her MPLADS fund.
