50 crores less. ASIS Elektronik will handle the entire fare collection system across all stations. The project also involves an elevated corridor from Robot Chauraha to Palasia, awarded to Rail Vikas Nigam and URC Construction for 545 crores. An underground corridor is being surveyed and will be tendered after completion. The automatic fare collection system will be implemented through a public-private partnership model. Other companies that bid included NEC Corporation India Pvt Ltd and Schelling Foss Global Digital Technology.
