The project also involves an elevated corridor from Robot Chauraha to Palasia, awarded to Rail Vikas Nigam and URC Construction for 545 crores. An underground corridor is being surveyed and will be tendered after completion. The automatic fare collection system will be implemented through a public-private partnership model.
