According to Deputy Station Superintendent Pankaj Verma, the repair work between Kansro and Raiwala affected trains to and from Dehradun and Rishikesh. The passenger train between Dehradun and Saharanpur was canceled, while the Lahaul Express from Amritsar and Rapti Ganga Express from Gorakhpur reached Haridwar and returned from there. The Shatabdi Express from Delhi was held at Raiwala station for an hour and departed from Dehradun an hour late.

Dehradun se bhi ek ghanta delay se chali. Trains ke affect hone se passengers ko pareshani ka samna karna pada. Deputy Station Superintendent Pankaj Verma ne bataya ki Kansro aur Raiwala ke beech track pe kuchh kaam hua. Kaam ki wajah se Dehradun aur Rishikesh ki trains affected hain. Dehradun se Saharanpur aur Saharanpur se Dehradun aane wali passenger train cancel ho gayi. Amritsar se aane wali Lahaul aur Gorakhpur se aane wali Rapti Ganga Haridwar tak aayi aur wahi se vapas chali gayi. Bataya ki Delhi se aane wali Shatabdi Express ko ek ghanta tak Raiwala station pe rok diya gaya. Dehradun se bhi train ek ghanta delay se Delhi ke liye chali.
