1987 but was delayed due to various reasons, including objections from the railways, the state government's indifference, and lack of permission from the military authorities. The Public Works Department (PWD) has begun work on its section of the project and is progressing at a faster pace. The ROB will connect to Sant Hirdaram Nagar Railway Station, providing convenience to residents of the CTO and nearby colonies. The project is estimated to cost around ₹27 crore. The Railway Facility Struggle Committee has requested the railway administration to expedite their work to alleviate the problems caused by the frequent closure of the crossing.

Isme railway ki objection, state government ki udasi, aur military permission na milna jaise kai karan the. PWD ne apna kaam shuru kar diya hai aur woh tez chal rahe hai. ROB Sant Hirdaram Nagar railway station se connect hoga, jisse CTO aur nearby colonies ke logon ko suvidha hogi. Is project ka kharcha ₹27 crore hone ka anuman hai. Railway Facility Struggle Committee ne railway administration se unka kaam jaldi pura karne ka aagrah kiya hai, taaki crossing bar bar band hone se ho rahi pareshani se chutkara mil sake.
