Other demands included addressing ticket booking issues at the station, expanding reservation facilities, and making Ottappalam a railway hub for Malabar by providing stops for all long-distance trains. The Divisional Railway Manager assured the group that the T Garden Express stop would be reinstated, and that steps would be taken to provide a stop for the Kochuveli-Mysore Express train. Station pe ticket booking ki problems solve karne, reservation facilities badhane, and Ottappalam ko Malabar ka railway hub banaane ke liye saare long-distance trains ko Ottappalam mein stop dene ka bhi request kiya. Divisional Railway Manager ne group ko assure kiya ki T Garden Express ka stop restart ho jaayega, and Kochuveli-Mysore Express train ko stop dene ke liye steps liye jaayenge. Unhone ticket booking and reservation ki problems ko solve karne, station ke information counter ko improve karne, and train information provide karne ke liye touch screen display install karne ka bhi promise kiya.
