The DRM highlighted the significant increase in loading during 2023-24 but noted poor punctuality. He expects increased loading capacity in 2024-25, which could address the issue of crew members being on duty for over 14 hours. The DRM announced plans to increase train speeds to 110 km/h on the Tatanagar-Badampahar route. Furthermore, over 40 trains might be transferred to the Kharagpur Division due to the third line construction between Salgajhudi and Asanboni. He also mentioned that 22 trains could be handed over to the Khurda Division following the doubling of the Jaroli-Nayagarh line. The DRM stated the aim to raise train speed to 130 km/h on the combined line between Jharsuguda and Rourkela. The fourth line between Rourkela and Bondamunda is expected to commence soon, facilitating further speed enhancement. Finally, the DRM emphasized the importance of electrifying all loading sidings and goods sheds.

Unhone believe kiya hai ki jyada vigilance se train operation mein punctuality improve ho sakti hai, jisse passengers ko benefit hoga aur load capacity bhi badhega. DRM ne 2023-24 mein loading mein significant increase ko highlight kiya hai but unhone poor punctuality ko bhi notice kiya. Unhe 2024-25 mein loading capacity badhne ki ummeed hai, jisse crew members ke 14 hours se zyada duty par rahne ke reason ko jaldi se door kiya ja sake. DRM ne Tatanagar-Badampahar route mein train speed 110 km/h tak badhane ki plan bhi announce ki hai. Iske alawa, Salgajhudi aur Asanboni ke beech third line construction ki wajah se 40 se zyada trains ko Kharagpur Division mein transfer kiya ja sakta hai. Unhone yeh bhi mention kiya hai ki Jaroli-Nayagarh line ke doubling ke baad 22 trains ko Khurda Division mein transfer kiya ja sakta hai. DRM ne Jharsuguda aur Rourkela ke beech combined line mein train speed ko 130 km/h tak badhane ka target rakha hai. Rourkela aur Bondamunda ke beech fourth line bhi jaldi start ho sakti hai, jisse train speed ko badhane mein madad milegi. Aakhir mein, DRM ne sabhi loading sidings aur goods sheds ke electrification par zor diya hai.
