Two passengers have filed complaints at Tatanagar station regarding inaccurate train information displayed on the NTES app, specifically about the Baksar-Tatanagar Express and Visakhapatnam-Tatanagar Express. Both complaints were filed on April 1 and 2, 2024, citing incorrect train status and causing inconvenience due to the delay. The complaints have been forwarded to the Chakradharpur Divisional Headquarters.

dhundne ke liye bhaag-daud karni padti hai aur family members ko station pe pareshani hoti hai, kyunki Gamharia se train Tatanagar pahunchne mein kabhi kabhi ek ghante se zyada lag jaata hai. Do passengers ne Tatanagar station pe ek complain daal di hai NTES app ke khilaf, kyunki app Baksar-Tatanagar Express aur Visakhapatnam-Tatanagar Express ki operation status galat bata raha hai. Dono complaints 1 aur 2 April, 2024 ko daali gayi thi. App mein time ke hisaab se train Sonaari se aakar station mein wait kar rahi thi. Dono complaints ko Tatanagar se Chakradharpur divisional headquarters ko bheja gaya hai.
