more... has been a recurring problem during summers, and despite residents' concerns, the railway administration has not taken any significant steps to address it. The East Central Railway Employees Union Branch 2 has requested the DRM to install a deep bore well in the Diesel Colony and to address the leaking water tanks. However, no action has been taken yet. The union has also highlighted the need for replacement of the old pipeline infrastructure in the railway colony as it is causing inadequate water supply to homes. The union has warned of potential protests if the railway management does not prioritize water supply improvements. Currently, water is being collected from the river by damming it with sand, and then transported to the colony's pump house.

Par abhi tak kuchh nahi hua. Union ne railway colony ki puriani pipe line ko badalwane ki jarurat bhi bataayi hai, kyunki is wajah se gharon tak kafi kam pani pahunch raha hai. Union ne warning di hai ki agar railway management pani ki supply ko sudharne ke liye kuchh nahi karega, toh railway employees protest karenge. Abhi ke liye Damodar River mein pani ko sand se bandh kar rakha ja raha hai aur phir uss pani ko colony ke pump house tak bheja ja raha hai.
