had their routes diverted. The down Vande Bharat was delayed for an hour and a half and proceeded to Howrah from Madhupur via the up single line. The up block lasted from 1:25 pm onwards, causing delays for the Akal Takht Express (2 hours), Kolkata-Jhansi Express (1.5 hours), and the Gorakhpur-Asansol Express which was stuck at Jasidih. The Vasco-Jasidih train service was terminated at Madhupur, leaving passengers stranded in the heat. The block also impacted other trains, leading to delays and overcrowding at stations like Jha Jha, Asansol, Deoghar, Patna, Dhanbad, Kiul, and Howrah. Many commuters resorted to road travel. Railway officials cited the block as the reason for the disruptions and had previously informed the public through media announcements. The 10-hour mega block on Sunday between Madhupur and Mathurapur allowed for the successful installation of a new girder on the Navapatro bridge under the supervision of railway engineers. Once the block was lifted, train operations resumed, bringing relief to passengers.

Vasco-Jasidih train ka operation Madhupur pe rok diya gaya tha, jiske wajah se passengers garmi me pareshan rahe. Block se dusri trains bhi late chali, jiske wajah se stations pe, jaise Jha Jha, Asansol, Deoghar, Patna, Dhanbad, Kiul, aur Howrah, bahut crowd thi. Kai log road pe travel kiye. Railway officials ne block ko disruption ka reason bataya aur public ko pehle se media announcements ke through inform kiya tha.
