Due to maintenance and Non-Interlocking (NI) work on various routes from Howrah, several trains arriving in North Bihar were delayed by several hours at Muzaffarpur Junction. The New Delhi-New Jalpaiguri Express arrived almost seven hours late, while the Howrah-Kathgodam Bagh Express arrived about four hours and six minutes late on Monday....
