Plan mein modernization ko bhi focus diya gaya hai, jiske liye Rs 10-12 lakh crore ka investment hoga, jismein India bhar mein Vande Bharat trains ka expansion, April 2029 mein Ahmedabad-Mumbai bullet train ka launch, aur 40,000 kilometer se zyada ka span wale three economic corridors ka development shamil hai. Iske alawa, private participation ke saath 1,300 se zyada railway stations ko modernize kiya jayega, jismein world-class amenities honge. Metro networks ko alag-alag urban cities mein expand kiya jayega, aur RAPID rail system jaise high-frequency trains introduce kiye jayenge.
