operator charging 10 rupees for water and immediately reprimanded him, threatening to revoke his license. This was the second such incident in April, with the ARM having imposed a similar fine on April 10th. He instructed other supervisors to conduct regular surprise inspections to prevent such overcharging.

toh usko scold kiya aur licence cancel karne ki dhamki di. April 10th ko bhi aise hi case mein 5000 ka fine laga tha. ARM ne dusre supervisors ko regular surprise check karne ka order diya, taaki aage aisa na ho.
