Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, who directed the Ranchi Railway Division's DRM to address the issue. Within an hour, the mechanical department fixed the berth chains. The DRM acknowledged the inconvenience and assured the public that efforts are being made to prevent such incidents from recurring.

hi gayab hain. Is wajah se berth khul nahi paya. Unhone Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw ko tweet kiya aur unhone Ranchi Rail Mandal ke DRM ko is matter ko dekhne ka kaha. Ek ghanta ke andar hi mechanical department ne berth mein chains laga di. DRM ne is inconvenience ke liye maafi maangi aur public ko assure kiya ki aise incidents ko rokne ke liye prayatna ki ja rahi hai.
