The lack of a foot overbridge forces passengers to utilize the underpass, which was originally designed for drainage. Despite this inconvenience and lack of alternative routes for crossing the railway line, the railway authorities have not addressed the issues effectively.

bhi bahut uneven hai, jisse vehicles ko dikkat ho rahi hai. Iss se raat mein station jaane wale passengers ko sabse zyada takleef ho rahi hai, kyunki unke vehicles underpass mein phans ja rahe hain aur unki train chhoot ja rahi hai. Underpass ke walls and ceilings mein putty laga kar aur iron barriers laga kar repair kiya gaya tha, lekin travellers ki convenience ke bare mein koi dhyan nahi diya gaya. Foot overbridge nahi hone ki wajah se passengers ko underpass ka istemaal karna pad raha hai, halanki ye underpass pani nikaalne ke liye banaya gaya tha. Iske alawa, railway line cross karne ka koi aasan rasta nahi hone ki wajah se, Tandwa, Chatra, Hazaribagh, Keredari, and Barkagaon ke log Ranchi jaane ke liye issi underpass ka use karte hain. Iss sabke baavjud, railway authorities ab tak serious nahi hain.
