Nayagarh, and Sardega. They are also planning to build a loop line from Tatanagar to Chakradharpur and lay new tracks to connect different loading points. In the previous financial year (2023-24), the division exceeded its target, transporting 151 million tons of freight, compared to the target of 148.5 million tons. The increase in revenue from freight will allow the division to improve passenger amenities at various stations. Work has begun on upgrading stations under the Amrit Bharat Scheme, with the development of Aditya Pur station nearing completion. A plan is also in place to redevelop Tatanagar station at a cost of 335 crores, aiming to provide airport-like facilities for passengers.

Last financial year (2023-24) mein, division ne apne target ko beat kiya, 151 million ton freight carry kiya, jabki target 148.5 million ton tha. Freight se aane wala revenue badhne se division alag alag stations pe passenger facilities improve kar sakega. Amrit Bharat Scheme ke under stations upgrade karne ka kaam shuru ho chuka hai, Aditya Pur station ka development almost complete ho chuka hai. Tatanagar station ko redevelop karne ka bhi plan hai, 335 crore ka, jisme passengers ko airport-like facilities milegi.
