Railway authorities passengers ke badhte hue load ko manage karne ke liye kadam utha rahe hain, jismein summer special trains chalana, waitlists monitor karna aur existing trains mein extra coaches add karna shamil hai. Passengers ko ticketing ke liye UTS mobile app use karne, orderly queues maintain karne aur coaches mein boarding ke liye instructions follow karne ke liye encourage kiya ja raha hai. Frontline staff ko kisi bhi passenger issue ya concern ko address karne ke liye instructions di gayi hain.
