On Friday night, 50 passengers traveling on the 22534 Gorakhpur-Yesvantpur Express train from Yesvantpur to Gorakhpur experienced food poisoning after ordering food online at Nagpur. Gonda to provide treatment and medication. Upon the train's arrival in Gorakhpur at 8 pm, doctors treated the passengers, with two children and two elderly women requiring additional care. The passengers, mainly from coaches B-1 to B-9 of AC 3 tier, had pre-booked dinner at Ballarshah station, including egg curry, egg biryani, and curry-rice, which they received upon arrival in Nagpur. Passengers reported symptoms within 30 minutes of eating the food. All passengers were deemed to be in good health after being treated and provided with ORS packets by medical and RPF teams upon arrival in Gorakhpur.

Gonda mein medical team ne unka treatment kiya aur dawa di. Raat 8 baje Gorakhpur pahunchne pe, doctors ne passengers ka checkup kiya. Do bachchon aur do budhi mahilaon ki tabiyat zyada kharab thi. Train mein pantry car nahi thi, toh B-1 se B-8 AC coach ke passengers ne Balharshah station pe dinner book kiya tha, aur Nagpur pahunchne pe unhe egg curry, egg biryani aur curry-rice ka packet mila. Food khaane ke aadhe ghanta baad hi, passengers ko vomiting aur diarrhea shuru ho gaya. Gorakhpur pahunchne pe, RPF aur medical team ne passengers ka treatment kiya aur unhe ORS packets diye. Sab passengers ab thik hain.
