This results in inconvenience for passengers, especially those arriving just before train departure. Passengers are also dissatisfied with the lack of additional trains stopping at the station, a long-standing issue. The station’s ticketing system is also outdated, with tickets being manually sold instead of being computerized. This issue is compounded by the frequent closure of ticket counters, further adding to the inconvenience of passengers.

na hona shamil hai jahan bahut si stairs chadhne ki zarurat na ho. Isse passengers ko bahut dikkat hoti hai, khaas kar unko jinhe train chhodne se pehle pahunchna hota hai. Passengers is baat se bhi naraz hain ki station pe rukne wali additional trains nahin hai, yeh ek purani problem hai. Station ka ticketing system bhi purana hai, tickets computerized hone ke bajay manually bechta hai. Is problem mein ticket counters ka bahut bar band rehna bhi shamil hai, yeh passengers ko aur dikkat deta hai.
