The halt for 14 pairs of trains that currently don't stop at Prayagraj Junction, including the Sealdah-New Delhi, Agartala-New Delhi, and Ranchi-New Delhi trains, will be implemented. The new schedule is expected to be released by December 2024. The Vande Bharat Express, which started operating earlier, currently has a two-minute halt, but the new Vande Bharat Express will have a four-minute stop. The Railway department is working to ensure all trains have adequate stoppages.
