bachchon ko dance, drawing, aur other training diya jata tha. 2021 mein, Mens Congress ne Akshay Bhawan ko railway ko de diya tha. Ab Mens Congress ka koi bhi connection is building se nahi hai. Tatanagar station redevelopment plan mein, Akshay Bhawan ke alawa, railway traffic colony ke dozen quarters aur other offices bhi hain.
