railway safety commissioner will inspect the new line on May 31st to ensure its readiness for operations. Construction on the second line began in March 2023 and is nearly complete, with only 400 meters of track remaining. The 15-day closure will allow for yard remodelling at Mhow station, including removing extra lines, updating signaling, and connecting the new line. During this period, the Malwa Express, Indore-Bhopal-Indore Intercity, Kamakhya Express, Yashwantpur Express, and Nagpur Express will operate from Indore station. All DEMU trains between Mhow and Ratlam will also operate from Indore. The Prayagraj Express and Patna Special will run from Lakshmibai Nagar station, while the Indore-Bilaspur-Indore Narmada Express and Mhow-Rewa-Mhow Express will operate from Ujjain.

Dusre line ka construction March 2023 mein shuru hua tha aur abhi nearly complete hai, bas 400 meter track baaki hai. 15 din ke closure ke wajah se Mhow station par yard remodelling ka kaam karenge, jisme extra line remove karna, signalling update karna aur new line connect karna shamil hai.
