Nagar and Ghatkopar stations on the Mumbai Metro's Blue Line 1 were suspended from 6 pm, leading to overcrowding and chaos at Ghatkopar station. Services resumed only after nearly two hours at 7:46 pm. This caused inconvenience to over 3 lakh daily commuters. Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Priyanka Chaturvedi criticized the impact of the security measures on public services, stating that it led to 'massive chaos.'
