The Assistant Electrical Engineer, Garahara, Bam Bam Prasad Mehta, has clarified that employees can install ACs for a short duration in special circumstances. They need to provide a valid reason and obtain permission from the divisional-level officer. The supervisor, Garahara, Sanjay Verma, stated that the thick walls and roofs of the quarters help protect from the heat.
