The North Eastern Railway administration addressed 146,683 complaints in the 2023-24 fiscal year, resolving 6,109 train-related issues and providing medical assistance at stations in 225 cases. Water scarcity at railway stations was reported in 352 cases. Additionally, 242 complaints related to women's facilities in trains and 49 at stations were addressed. Other passenger-related issues, including 1,625 complaints regarding station facilities and 5,112 about luggage, were also resolved.
